The International Plowing Match & Rural Expo (IPM) starts Sept 22, and will entail 5 days of celebration of the farming community. Highlights include the Canadian Cowgirls drill team, the RAM Rodeo, a Combine Demolition Derby, Lumberjack show and a Farmers’ Olympics. Mudmen, a Celtic Rock Warriors musical act is back.
There is something for everyone.
The IPM will be running Sept 22 through 26. The site is just west of the town of Walkerton in Bruce County. Open 8:30 to 5 every day.
